The whole idea

One patient at a time, where they actually live.

Therapy happens in the home you intend to stay in, with one licensed therapist for the full hour. That single decision is what makes the care better, and it is the same in every market we work in.

  1. The evaluation

A licensed therapist comes to the house and evaluates you there, then writes the plan of care and sends it to your doctor to sign. You do not need a referral before you call.

  2. The visit

Sixty minutes, one patient, one therapist, start to finish. The same therapist stays with you for the whole course of care rather than whoever is free that day.

  3. The disciplines

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are all delivered by one organization, so a second need does not mean starting again with a second company.

What most people get wrong

3 reasons people don't reach out for services.

Tap each one. Most people believe at least 1.

What we treat

Three disciplines, all delivered in the home.

Physical therapy

Balance and falls, strength after a hospital stay, walking distance, stairs, joint replacement recovery, Parkinson's, chronic pain. The work happens on your actual stairs, in your actual bathroom, in the shoes you actually wear.

Occupational therapy

Dressing, bathing, cooking, transfers, and the specific tasks that have started to take help. An occupational therapist looks at the task and the room together, because the room is half the problem.

Speech therapy

Swallowing, speech clarity, voice, and cognitive-communication after a stroke or with dementia. Swallowing is assessed with what you actually eat, at your own table.

Coverage questions

What Medicare covers in Ohio.

Does Medicare Part B cover in-home therapy in Cincinnati?

In most cases, yes. Medicare Part B pays for outpatient therapy wherever the patient is treated, including at home, and we bill it exactly as a clinic would. We are an enrolled Part B provider. Whether the benefit applies comes down to medical necessity.

Do I need to be homebound?

You do not. Homebound status is a requirement of the home health benefit, which is a different programme entirely, and the confusion between the two costs people years of therapy they were entitled to. Part B has never had that rule. The Part A home health work we do through partner agencies does.

Do I need a referral from my physician?

No referral is needed to be evaluated. You call, a coordinator confirms your coverage, and the therapist contacts you to set up the first visit. The plan of care is written after that evaluation and sent to your doctor to approve and sign.

How much will I pay?

With Medicare, the usual cost is the standard Part B coinsurance once the annual deductible is met, and many secondary plans cover it. We confirm your benefits and tell you the amount before the first visit is arranged. Self-paying, an initial evaluation is $175 and each visit after that is $125.

Are your therapists licensed in Ohio?

Yes. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists treating patients in Hamilton County are licensed in Ohio, and the same therapist stays with you for the whole course of care.

Not on the list? Ask a coordinator directly at (513) 373-4747. There is never a charge to ask.
