We are a Medicare Part B provider offering outpatient therapy in the home, with no homebound requirement and no referral needed to begin. What it costs
Most services are billed under Medicare Part B, exactly as they would be at an outpatient clinic. You may still be responsible for a deductible or coinsurance depending on your plan.

Do I need a referral to start?
No. You ask us for an evaluation, a coordinator calls back to verify your coverage, and the therapist contacts you directly to set the visit. After the evaluation we send the plan of care to your physician for approval and signature, so you never chase the paperwork.
Do I need to be homebound?
Not for our Part B program. Unlike a home health agency, we are outpatient therapists who come to you, so there is no homebound requirement. Our Part A home health program, delivered through partner agencies, does have one.
Will my insurance cover this?
Yes, in most cases. In-home outpatient therapy is billed under Medicare Part B the same way it would be at a clinic. If you are on Medicare and you have a demonstrated need for therapy, call us and we will walk you through it. Coverage depends on medical necessity, and you may still owe a deductible or coinsurance depending on your plan.
How long is a visit, and who will I see?
About 60 minutes, one-on-one, with the same licensed therapist for the length of your care. Consistency builds trust and produces better results.
What does it cost if I am paying privately?
$125 per visit and $175 for the initial evaluation.
How soon can we start?
A coordinator calls back within 1 business day. In an open service area, the evaluation is usually scheduled within a week.
